Jacob Ingerslev Jensen is a seasoned strategy and transformation leader currently serving as the Strategy and Transformation Lead for Global Services & Solutions (GSS) at Syngenta Group in Basel, Switzerland. In this role, he collaborates with functional and business leaders to develop and execute strategic initiatives across five GSS functions that support Syngenta Group's global operations. Prior to his current position, Jacob served as Finance Operations Strategy & Program Lead at Syngenta Group, where he led the development of new strategic planning processes and delivery center strategies. His track record includes successfully leading major global transformation projects, including the implementation of SAP S/4 Central Finance and SAP Analytics Cloud and large scale insourcing projects. Before joining Syngenta Group, Jacob spent over a decade with Deloitte in various senior roles across Denmark and Singapore.
