Michael van der Ploeg is the Vice-President Global Business Services for Amway. Since joining Amway in 2010, he held several leadership positions for the Europe- India-Africa region and globally. Amongst these were Vice-President Global FP&A as well as CFO for Europe, India and Africa. He led implementation of Oracle for his region, redesigned the FP&A function and in-market Finance roles for higher effectiveness in decision support, and established a European Business Service Centre. Prior to joining Amway he held several finance and leadership functions for United Biscuits, Debis Systemhaus and Yves Rocher.
