Nadine has over 25 years of experience in the areas Human Resources, Finance, Procurement and Tech, driving strategy, transformation, governance, service excellence and compliance. Since 2016, Nadine works for adidas, a German athletic apparel and footwear corporation headquartered in Herzogenaurach, Bavaria, Germany. Our purpose, 'Through sport, we have the power to change lives,' guides the way we run our company, how we work with our partners, how we create our products, and how we engage with our consumers. We will always strive to expand the boundaries of human possibility, to include and unite people in sport, and to create a more sustainable world. In her role, Nadine is responsible for GBS Strategy, Governance and Compliance and develops the function strategy, leads business transformation, drives service excellence and compliance, sustained by a governance framework for the end-to-end value chain. She is overseeing and supervising performance and business development, brings a strong track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing processes and programs on a strategic and as well operational level.
