In his consulting career, Peter has worked on long term transformation projects including, Finance Operating Model and Transformation, establishment of global shared services, delivery strategy and implementation, outsource selection and delivery model implementation, process and controls transformation, and technology implementations including SAP and Oracle. Clients included Heineken, Balfour Beatty, Syngenta, John Lewis and General Electric.
