Thierry Chatelet is Senior Director, Global Head Source to Pay at Lonza, a global life sciences company headquartered in Switzerland that provides services and products to the pharmaceutical, biotech, and nutrition industries. It specializes in drug development and manufacturing (especially biologics), helping companies bring medicines from early research through to commercial production.

In his role, Thierry leads global source-to-pay operations and drives transformation across Lonza shared services. With extensive experience in finance operations and service delivery models, he focuses on optimizing end-to-end S2P processes, strengthening data quality, and implementing scalable solutions that support operational excellence and business growth.

Throughout his career, Thierry has led global teams and service hubs, delivering process standardization, automation, and performance improvements across complex international environments. He has a particular interest in the intersection of ERP transformation, automation, and data governance as key enablers of modern finance operations.
