Over the years, he has successfully led the setup and expansion of regional and global service centers, overseeing hundreds of transitions across Finance, Procurement, and HR. His expertise covers vendor management, operating model design, digital transformation, and process excellence, with a strong track record in deploying automation technologies (RPA, ServiceNow, Citizen Automation) and embedding continuous improvement frameworks. Tomasz is passionate about building human-centric GBS models that balance efficiency, agility, and innovation.
