Nikola Kisidayova

Head of RPA Centre of Excellence Holcim GHBS

Skilled leader and project manager for robotics and automation with a deep understanding of finance process and previous accounting experience. Nikola built the RPA program at EBS from its beginning, utilising her unique combination of mastering to-be-automated processes and process improvement ability. She has a wide experience in process design, systems set-ups and Agile IT approach. Currently responsible for: global Robotics and process automation Centre of Excellence with teams in Slovakia, Colombia and India: business process analysts, developers and maintenance teams. Previous experience in T-systems as SAP consultant. Worked at EBS in several expert and project roles (SAP Key user, P2P Project manager) before RPA program was launched.
