Arundhati Chakraborty leads Global Delivery and Transformation for Accenture Operations, responsible for leading 180,000 people across more than 220 Intelligent Operations Centers. She is a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee.

In her role, Arundhati focuses on compressed transformation through the use of analytics, artificial intelligence and automation, and is responsible for shaping and implementing talent strategy across Accenture’s Intelligent Operations Centers.

Prior to joining Accenture, Arundhati held senior leadership roles at Mphasis, Target and Hewlett-Packard, and spent the first 13 years of her career in the retail banking industry in India. She is passionate about leadership development, learning and the empowerment of women leaders.

Arundhati holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Calcutta.
