Carola has been with PepsiCo for over 12 years and is known as a deep critical thinker, with a proven record to drive transformation and spearheading major strategic projects from ideas into enabled solutions. Throughout her years at PepsiCo, Carola has held a variety of roles and positions across Finance and Control operations, including GBS Control Automation Director, where she scaled the first RPA program at PepsiCo globally back in 2016. She currently has responsibility for BPO Service Delivery across North America and drives the overall global strategy and transformation agenda for GBS Control. She works closely with the operational leaders to deliver disruptive innovation and better ways of working to deliver significant and sustainable business impacts.
