Because she was good technically, she got promoted to become a supervisor during a time of change. Unfortunately, her engineering education did not give her the tools to lead people through this change. As a result, not long after her promotion she found herself fired. This experience inspired her to learn what separates the best from the rest when it comes to people change within organizations. She’s a certified speaker, trainer, coach, and consultant.
