In his current role as the VP & Global Head of Finance Global Operations at HP Inc., Rajeev currently leads HP Finance hubs across India, Mexico, Poland and China, along with 40 country front offices. His organization is accountable for delivery & stakeholder management for Finance processes across P2P, R2R, H2R & Payroll. Rajeev is also accountable for Site Leadership, Talent Development & Digital Transformation across these hubs for all of HP Finance. In a career spanning 3 decades across great organizations like HP, Fidelity Investments, GE, L&T and Eicher group, Rajeev has invested 12 years in manufacturing / factory management & 18 years in Shared Services.
