He has worked across Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Insurance, Technology and Media sectors bringing complex operating model redesign efforts to bear and streamlining business operations. Saurabh specializes in bringing an ecosystem view to senior client executives, to look at the capabilities, talent, and innovation required to drive strategy both within and outside the four walls of their organizations. CXO's striving for cost competitiveness, talent attraction and retention, and seeking capability acceleration and digitization have to adopt the wide lens to view the whole ecosystem, make choices about who is best positioned to do what, and how will it all fit together to win in an interdependent economy. Saurabh brings deep experience in helping design such strategies for his clients balancing economic, operational, and cultural impacts. He has served as deal architect for transformational, win-win agreements and facilitated C-suite conversations between clients and their partners and suppliers. Saurabh earned his Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
