Matt has led complex change portfolios, developed strategy and delivered public services across the UK Government for over 20 years. Leading business change and transformation across forensic science, local and regional public services, data science and statistical standards, UK defence and intelligence capabilities, environment and climate change. Matt has been the Deputy Director of Shared Services for Government in the Cabinet Office, working to modernise and upgrade the entire back office of government, since 2021.
