Susanne Dreyer is the Global Head of Shell Business Operations since February 2022. In her role, she leads globally the Shell Business Operations, which is a well-established and professionally managed platform that has ~ 27,000 FTEs based out of 5 countries (Krakow, Bangalore, Chennai, Kuala Lumpur and Manila). Through the SBO platform, Shell has access to high quality talent and helps drive multifunction & business operations. The fundamental principles of transition for Shell are to capture value by leveraging high quality talent, operational excellence, efficiency, innovation, IT (robotics and automation) and improved business outcomes through consolidated operations. Susanne is the Diversity & Inclusion sponsor for the global Real Estate Community (700+ staff) in Shell since March 2021. Prior this role, Susanne worked in many different global leadership roles with P&L responsibilities in Corporate Real Estate as well as Corporate Travel, New Business Development in Upstream responsible for identifying new M&A and Divestments opportunities for the Shell Group. Susanne is a certified Experienced Deal Lead for Shell. Susanne joined Shell as an experienced hire in 2010 after having worked for Deutsche Bank in various commercial related roles-mainly focused on M&A and Integration projects-across the globe for over 10 years. She is a German national with BSc(Hons) in Economics and MSc in International Real Estate. Susanne has lived and worked in Germany, Mexico, Spain, UK, Singapore and is now based in The Netherlands. In her spare time, she loves doing all kind of sports (having been a professional swimmer during her teenager times), playing the violin, being with family & friends as well as discovering new places.
