Veronika Molnar is the Head of People Care for Europe East at Nokia Business Services (NBS), where she leads both operational and consulting HR processes across 19 countries. Since joining Nokia in 2017, Veronika has held several impactful HR roles, consistently driving value through her passion for process excellence and continuous improvement.

A young human resources professional, Veronika plays a key role in translating global initiatives into impactful regional actions. She is responsible for fostering collaboration among diverse internal stakeholders and optimizing organizational efficiency.

Veronika’s leadership journey began early—she assumed her first managerial role at just 25, establishing herself as a standout young leader and a role model for women in the industry.
