Brandy Patterson is the Director of People Operations at Baylor Scott and White (BSW) Health. Brandy is a transformation and change leader with experience in leading and playing a lead team member role in large initiatives from conception to execution including: job description harmonization & consolidation, building strategic capacity and transitioning employee populations to outsourcing models, resulting in savings of 100 million dollars for the organization.
