Jasjit Kang is the SVP & Business Head, Digital Operations & Platforms at Wipro, where he serves clients with a team of about 75,000 globally.

With over 28 years of technology and business leadership experience, Jasjit brings in expertise in operations management, technology-based innovation, business development, and relationship management.

Prior to Wipro, Jasjit led Alight’s operations in Asia Pacific and was a Senior Vice President. He was also Business Unit Head for the BFSI vertical at WNS Global Services. He worked with GE/Genpact during the growth years and change from being a captive to third party. He has spent seven years in the banking industry with Citibank, Bank of America, and ANZ Grindlays.

Jasjit served as the Chairperson for the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) Global In house Centers (GIC) for the North India region.

He has an MBA from Central Queensland University and is a certified Six Sigma practitioner. An avid runner, he starts his day with an invigorating run. to drive excellence in operations and business growth. He has been involved in multiple BPO set ups in third party as well GICs. His experience covers Mergers & Acquisitions, BOT and divestitures. Jasjit has led many large sized projects including managing the transfer of a captive entity to private equity ownership and subsequently the sale of this entity. He has also been a part of large technology conversion projects in the Banking Industry
