Jason Paradowski

Head of HR Service and Talent Acquisition Bosch, Americas Region Bosch USA

Jason has been director of the HR Shared Services team for Bosch in North America since 2013. In this role, he was responsible to launch the HR services organization for the US and Canada; and he now serves as the Regional Head for HR Shared Services; providing support to over 42,000 associates across the Americas. The Bosch Group is a leading supplier of technology and services with over 400,000 associates in four business sectors: Mobility, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology. Bosch’s global manufacturing, engineering, and sales network covers nearly every country in the world; and our goal is to develop innovative products and services that are “Invented for Life.”
