Change Builder. That is the role Kate plays as a leader. Kate is a healthcare technology executive committed to continuously improving performance and breaking out of the mold to deliver better experiences and results for players in all parts of the organization. An expert in project management, Kate applies best practices in this field to bear to drive successful delivery. She combines skills in program development, process design and documentation, organizational development, change management, and communications to provide shared services in effective ways that allow an organization to remain agile and respond to changing technologies and priorities. Kate loves learning. She completed a Master of Public Administration from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Project Management from Harrisburg Institute of Science and Technology. She is also a current member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS). Kate lives in New Jersey with her partner, Bill, and a very active dog, Quin. She spends her free time enjoying travel, theater, and the arts.
