Marcelo Quiros is Glantus´ Costa Rica Site Leader with more than 18 years of experience in the Shared Services Industry working with Fortune 500 companies. He has directed a team of 50+ associates and managed four business process outsourcing vendors in processes, payments, vendor master data, procurement administrative work (third-party risk assessments, vendor onboarding, and supplier management), purchase order management, and more. Marcelo has a Masters Degree from the University of Barcelona in Strategic Business Operations and Innovation, as well as a Project Manager Professional Certification.
