Max Dubroff

Manager, HR Shared Services Delivery Sandia National Laboratories

Max is the manager of HR Solutions, the Shared Services organization that supports 14,000 employees and all retirees, beneficiaries and employment candidates at Sandia National Laboratories. His HR experience includes teaching, consulting, business partner, and director. He retired from the U.S. Air Force, having specialized in security, law enforcement, and anti-terrorism. His education includes a BS in Psychology and a Master's in HR. He co-authored a book, has presented 37 times at conferences to over 2,600 people, and thrives through his band Disclaimers. Max is a member of the Sandia Women's Action Network Council, serving as Co-Chair of the Management Engagement Committee.
