As Vice President, Credit & Collections, Stephen Heads Credit, Collections and Cash Application functions as part of the O2C team at OpenText, the World Leader in Enterprise Information Software, as well as a force in the Enterprise Cyber Security space. OpenText services 100% of the Fortune 500 and virtually every major Government in 180 Countries, as well as serving the SMB and Prosumer Customers Based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Stephen leads teams in 10 Cities on 4 Continents, delivering Industry leading performance in DSO and bad debt. In the past 4 years, Stephen and his teams have “unlocked” over US$500Million of receivables, on a pace to deliver over US$1Billion of Free Cash Flows by Fiscal 27. He also sits on the OpenText US Pension Committee, overseeing more than US$2B of 401k plans. Prior to joining OpenText, Stephen has had a multi-decade journey leading Credit, Collections, Cash Applications, Fraud Operations, as well as Broadband Network Operations for some of the leading Global Brands, such as Walmart, American Express, Virgin, Bell Canada and Rogers Communications, encompassing Financial Services and Telecommunications, in Consumer, B2B and Enterprise markets. In his spare time, Stephen enjoys travelling, alpine skiing and officiating ski racing (as a Certified Alpine Ski Race Official), road and gravel cycling (volunteering as a Group Ride Leader) and spending time with his wife of 32 years. Stephen and Diane have 3 adult children pursuing professional careers of their own.
