Latest Notice on Travelling to Singapore:

Singapore has implemented a COVID-19 Vaccinated Travel Framework to facilitate the resumption of travel. This new travel framework replaces previous SafeTravel Lanes such as the Vaccinated Travel Lane. Click on the links below for important information for your travel to Singapore.

We welcome all fully vaccinated* visitors to Singapore. No entry approvals and quarantine required — simply present a negative pre-departure test upon your arrival. If you are travelling by land, no pre-departure test is required for entry into Singapore.

*Fully vaccinated visitors and non-fully vaccinated children aged 12 and below will be allowed to enter Singapore

Bringing You An Enriching Attendee Experience Following STB’s Safe Management Measures

Like many of you, we’re all keen to get back together in a face-to-face environment for that all important networking and exchange of ideas on critical problems and new challenges in our roles today.

At IQPC Asia, we’re committed to making this a positive event experience with all the Safe Management Measures (SMM) for our customers and employees. Our dedicated COVID-Safe team is working closely with our venues, suppliers and partners on a number of initiatives that will uplift the usual event experience to a COVID-Safe one. These include:

• Contactless registration and COVID-Safe Check-in
• Medical Support, Hand Sanitisers and Masks throughout the conference venue
• Clear signage & educational videos promoting advice on hygiene guidelines
• Social distancing measures throughout event, including floor markings in networking areas
• Seating assignment and socially distanced arrangement
• Frequent venue cleaning of conference space
• Attendees will be allocated to zones and clusters following STB regulations
  
• Food & Beverage distribution stations according to STB regulations
• Onsite COVID-Safe Champions to assist and advise you throughout
