Ai Lin leads a young and vibrant shared service centre (SSC) in Kuala Lumpur for Zalora Group. She is responsible for continued development and evolution of the shared service centre covering the areas of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report and Vendor Master Data Maintenance within the group. Ai Lin started her foray in Shared Services when she led a successful set up of a finance shared service centre (SSC) in Kuala Lumpur for an Australian based global engineering services company. Prior to setting up a SSC, she was the Financial Controller at Tesco Malaysia covering the area of R2R, P2P, O2C and Treasury. There, she played a lead role in delivering transformational projects; including successful Oracle 11i upgrade rollout and change management for Operational Development Programme. She started her career in PwC for 4 years in audit. Ai Lin earned her Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from Northern University of Malaysia. She is a Chartered Accountant and a Malaysian Certified Public Accountant. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
