Allan Ko is the Vice President of HR Service Delivery and People Experience at Johnson & Johnson Asia Pacific, leading an organization that's accountable to attract, delight, develop, and retain talent in the company's 130,000+ workforce. He also chairs the Regional Leadership Council of Johnson & Johnson Global Services in Asia Pacific, and concurrently serves as the Site Leader for the J&J GS Manila Global Hub.

Over the course of his career, Allan has held global and regional leadership roles in the BPO, consumer goods, professional services, and health care industries across geographies, in organizations like Procter & Gamble, IBM, and Allegis.

Allan holds a degree in Computer Science from De La Salle University Manila, and an MBA from IE Business School Madrid.

On the side, he also lectures on HR and Operations at the Ateneo de Manila University. He strongly believes in the fusion of technology and talent to unlock greater value to businesses, people, and communities.
