Anita is a business leader with 25 years of global experience across India, UK, Africa and the Middle east. Anita is inspiring, energetic and performance oriented with proven track record of building and leading high-performance finance teams, attracting and developing talent, catalyzing business growth and turnaround strategies, driving business performance and imparting stewardship across industry verticals viz. FMCG, Technology, Pharma and Business services.

Anita started her career in 1994 and worked with Hindustan Unilever Limited for over 20 years across divisions viz. Home Care, Personal care and Foods. She owns a finance experience toolkit across Financial Planning and Analysis, Performance Management, Business Partnering, Controllership, General Management, Procurement, Audit, M&A and Taxation.  

Anita is currently heading Global Business Services partnering Procurement, Sales and Finance for Unilever based out of Bangalore leading a 500+ own and 1300+ associates’ team across operating centers in India, Poland, Mexico, UK, Turkey, Russia and the Philippines.
