Her skills encompasses Change Management (organization change/restructuring, M&A, IT-enabled transformation, outsourcing/offshoring, …), Organization and HR Development as well as HR Management across all HR specialized topics, such as Talent Management & Sourcing, Learning &Development, Compensation & Benefits and Business Partner Management. She is currently the AP Regional Head of HR for DHL Global Business Services (GBS) and Corporate Centre Finance functions that render services to all Business Units/Divisions within the DHL Group
