Etienne joined Decathlon in 2001, after 5 years in PwC France, to develop an in-depth knowledge in Finance to support worldwide Decathlon growth on Sourcing (B2B) & Global Supply Chain activities. He is continuously focusing on leading the change in Decathlon Finance to adapt business model to international context, human organization from SSC centralized approach to local Decision Makers and value chain on end-to-end efficiency of P2P

Based in Shanghai since January 2016, Etienne is now more focused on connecting strategy to execution and pushing autonomy to local business units based on data visualization solutions and automation of finance processes.
