Haraya is a prime mover of creative process outsourcing in the Philippines.  She is Co-founder and Managing Director of StraightArrow - a creative process outsourcing company that functions as an extension of digital agencies and corporate marketing teams in the US, the UK and Australia.  She is also the Founder and Managing Director of GetCre8ive - a company that provides Philippine-based creatives and marketers easy access to innovative creative tools - such as Getty Images, Adobe, Autodesk & Hubspot, and Creative Nation Academy.

Haraya sees the digital world as a big, borderless community where creatives can collaborate with each other, bringing to every project or process what they do best and creating significant value.  

Aside from leading her companies, Haraya works with leadership teams all over Southeast Asia as a Certified Implementer of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
