Kris Kabasinskas is an Asia Pacific Partner at Deloitte and a leader of the AP Operate Centre of Excellence, advising boards and C‑suite executives on how to design and scale Global Business Services (GBS) and operating models that deliver sustained, enterprise‑wide value. He works closely with leadership teams to translate strategic ambition into execution – aligning operating models, governance, and delivery capabilities across complex, multi‑geography organizations.  

With more than 16 years of experience living and working across China, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Indonesia – and engagement experience spanning India, Japan, Korea, and other global markets – Kris brings a deep understanding of Asia Pacific business dynamics and leadership priorities. He has supported senior executives across industries in shaping and delivering large‑scale transformation programs that strengthen performance, resilience, and long‑term growth.  

Kris is a regular speaker at regional and global executive forums on shared services and GBS, where he focuses on how leadership teams reposition GBS from a cost and control function into a strategic execution platform – one that enables scale, consistency, and measurable business outcomes across the enterprise.
