Marianne Chung

Head of HR BASF

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Marianne Chung oversees the services provided to BASF companies across the Asia Pacific region in the area of Human Resource Services. With over 12 years of HR work experience, Marianne has garnered expertise in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management and mostly in HR Business Partnering. Marianne began her career in BASF in 2018 as a HR Business Partner focusing on the Finance Services entity. In 2021, she then assumed the Head of HR role for the Kuala Lumpur Service Hub for BASF. She then moved into the HR Services role in October 2022 and will continue her journey in the Global Business Services unit in BASF. Marianne holds a degree in Business Administration from RMIT University, Melbourne majoring in Economics and Finance.
