Naveen is a senior business services leader with about twenty years experience in transformation and service delivery across the world. At Novartis, one of the world’s leading healthcare companies, he is the Head of Strategy and Governance, Novartis Business Services Centres and leads Novartis Business Services Centre in Hyderabad India since 2011. Novartis has centres in Dublin, Prague, Kuala Lumpur, Mexico City and Hyderabad, the largest and a strategic multifunctional centre with about 5000 associates working in drug development processes, commercial and sales enablement, finance, technology, human resources and procurement areas, with strong capabilities in science, market, analytics, data and digital. Before Novartis, Naveen spent about ten years with Thomson Reuters, setting up and running shared services centres in Europe and India. He also worked in consulting and audit, starting his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
