Prithesh has been working in Consulting & Financial Services for over 13 years leading high impact business transformation projects, improving product profitability & streamlining business processes through Digitisation, Automation, Robotics and Lean Six Sigma for organizations such as ME Bank, HSBC, Norwich Union, Aviva Fund Management, SwissRe and S&P.

Prithesh joined ME bank in Sep 2017 to improve the bank’s cost to income ratio through a Fit for Growth strategy. In his previous role, he was the Business Streamlining leader for HSBC’s Retail Banking & Wealth Management business at Hong Kong.
