At present, as a CEO for Costco Wholesale India pvt. ltd. he will be responsible for establishing Global Capability Center (GCC) and drive digital and process transformation for Costco worldwide. Costco is the 3rd largest retailer in the world with revenue of ~$254Bln, operating in 14 countries with 914 warehouses locations.

Previously

  • Vice President for Mondelēz International (~$36B) and was responsible for driving Global Shared Services strategy and digitization, across 150+countries, 9+ service lines.
  • Group CIO & CEO of a shared services subsidiary, at Coca-Cola Japan (~$14B)
  • Vice president at The Coca-Cola Company, and founder of a startup captive company in India to optimize the services cost for business by over 50% through a major structural reform in service delivery at The Coca-Cola Company (~$42B).

Also worked with Philips, DHL and SAP.

He has finance and technology background in international and multi-cultural environments having done 50+Digital transformations, across 42 countries and 5 continents, at the cross sections of FMCG, Information Technology, Logistics and manufacturing Industries in merger and acquisitions and turning around underperforming operations.

Curious by nature and a promoter of diversity, he believes in developing people through self-developed behavioral psychology programs. As a constant commitment to learning he indulges in watching podcasts, listening to audio books, reading short articles, and drawing inspirations from global disruptive leaders.

Rajeev sits on advisory board for Shared Services Outsources Network, Startups and delivers lectures at management institutes/universities and coaches as a passion at universities.
