René is a HR senior leader with 20 years of successful global experience covering HR IT, HR Operations and business transformation projects in large multinational corporations.

René has been part of the Vestas shared services design, managing the Vestas HR Shared Services IT track as well as being Regional HR Operational leader in US. Awarded by SAP for project management with very ambitious scope and timeline and strong focus on quality.

René has recently been responsible for implementing a global full-suite HR platform leading the transformation of Vestas’ HR digitalization journey.
