From early-stage companies to global leaders, Rob has an energetic and passionate leadership style, now focusing on launching, building, nurturing, and leading a world-class team focused on establishing Ceridian in the Asia and Japan Market. Having been based in Asia for over 20 years, he thrives in the fluid and dynamic nature of emerging markets and multi-cultural environments; building and leading geographically dispersed teams in all facets of business execution. His success has been driven from the front line and in developing strong and advisory relationships with customers, whilst executing with professionalism and accountability in the sales function. Rob lives in Singapore and his leisure outside of work is exploring the tropics of Asia, both on and off-shore.
