In his current role, he manages bank's distributed workforce across GBS hubs and 30+ markets, through advanced technology and frameworks to support business growth, sustainably. He has setup multiple capabilities to support the business, including Cost Control and Management to manage first line business cost for Financial Markets and Treasury, an in-house marketing hub, Design Studio, to elevate our brand presence for our shareholders & clients, and investment (portfolio) analytics to support the banks investment fund.
