Suraj is currently working as a Technology Service Delivery & Client Relationships Leader with MetLife Global Shared Services servicing Global Technology teams globally. Prior to this, Suraj was working as a Operations Leader with Cognizant BPO managing large scale operations (900+ FTEs and P&L equivalent of $15Mn) in BFS vertical. 

Previously, Suraj was working as a Transitions & Transformation Leader with Genpact. He is a Genpact certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt/Black Belt and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Suraj has a PGDM from SP Jain, Mumbai and hold a B.Tech from REC Calicut. He also has executive program certifications from Harvard Business School, London Business School, INSEAD, Duke University and ISB. Suraj is also also an endurance athlete and wellness coach. He has successfully completed Ironman Triathlon, Ultra marathons and various full/ half marathons, and coaches budding triathletes and runners.
