Tri Suranto, Msc has more than 20 years of experience in Information Communication Technology (ICT), Management of Information Systems, Business Process Design & Reengineering, and Digital Solution Technology in PT Pertamina (Persero).

He pursued his Master of Management Information System at University of Manchester and having some certification and training such as Cisco Certified Network Associate, PLM 300 (SAP Asset Lifecycle Management module), SAP SCM 130 Module Certification, PMP Project Management Certification, Agile Development Methodology and Scrum Master.

His current role as Technology & Development Manager is leading a compact yet strong team in Shared Services (SS) Project Pertamina, responsible for delivering technological solutions for all SS business functions. Previously in SS, he led the SS ICT business process development and its rollout within Pertamina Group.

Before joining SS in 2019, he had job positions in various areas in Corporate ICT in Pertamina such as Customer & Services Management, Supply Chain Business Process, Digital Transformation (Digital Refining), and ERP System Solution Development covering Logistic Modules and its integration.
