He is a visionary and lead successfully 4 Green Field Projects in India and 1 Brown Field Project in Philippines across Telecom and Energy management/manufacturing companies. Has served across the Globe in a complex multicultural shared service environment. Currently leading the transformation journey of Schneider Electric in close partnership with Genpact, a partner of choice for outsourcing and transformation.
