Zen has extensive experience building and managing technology / AI-enabled Global Business Services (GBS) / Global Capability Center (GCC) and service Outsourcing / Managed Services business and operations in the areas of Finance, Customer Experience, Digital Experience, Human Resources, Marketing Operations, Supply Chain & Procurement, KYC/AML, Claim Processing/Operations, Platform as a Services, Business Analytics, Automation etc. across multiple industries in APAC.

Prior to his current role, Zen held senior regional leadership roles for EY APAC Managed Services, Concentrix Greater China and ASEAN and IBM Greater China outsourcing business and operations

Zen volunteers at Malaysian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong & Macau (MAYCHAM) as the Exco and member of the Trade & Services sub-committee, Member of Cyberport Entrepreneurship Committee Advisory Group (ECAG) and Mentor at Hong Kong Science Park and Cyberport.
