David Shebay is a PwC Partner who leads the US Corporate & Finance Managed Services practice. David has more than 20 years providing accounting and financial services to organizations with activities in mergers & integration, ERP implementations, cost reduction, corporate reporting, organizational alignment and accounting policy / ESG. David’s experience prior to PwC was in Finance and Accounting, including Controller / CFO. During that time he participated in M&A transactions, multiple funding events, joint ventures, and organization restructuring.
