Gabe Sugar serves a Vice-President, Operations Accounting. This leadership role oversees teams that include Accounts Payable and Revenue Accounting. These teams deliver daily support to over 2,000 restaurant locations across Darden’s portfolio of brands. Gabe held multiple accounting and finance roles over the last 13 years at Darden. He is an experienced leader of focused on restaurant support, process improvement and financial reporting. He had the opportunity to serve in key roles throughout Darden’s key strategic mergers and divestitures. Prior to Darden, Gabe was an Assurance Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He spent six years serving clients in various industries including real estate, logistics, hospitality, and consumer products. Gabe is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Central Florida and his Masters of Business Administration from University of Florida. Gabe has served on Advisory Board for the Kenneth G. Dixon School of Accounting since 2007.
