Yazdi Bagli is senior vice president, Global Business Services and Emerging Technologies for Walmart.

Yazdi leads Walmart’s Global Business Services (GBS) Finance Services which provides shared services and IT systems for Walmart’s global Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Accounting, Cash and Inventory Accounting and Asset and Lease Accounting processes. Yazdi also looks after Emerging Technologies where he is tasked with automating processes and digitizing Walmart using new-age disruptive technologies like robotic process automation, Machine Learning, natural language processing and Blockchain.

Before joining Walmart, Yazdi was the Vice President, GBS for Business and Consumer Services at Procter & Gamble (P&G). His career at P&G spanned 23 years and four countries where he held roles in India, Singapore, the Philippines and the United States. In P&G, Yazdi worked on large scale IT systems, led large business building programs and gained knowledge and expertise in automating and running global shared services.

He worked as a management consultant for four years prior to joining P&G. Yazdi was born in Mumbai, India and holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a Masters degree in Business Administration. He is married with two children and enjoys playing squash at a competitive level.
