Neetesh Rastogi is the Director of Tech Compliance at AB InBev GCC India. In this role, he is responsible for providing tech solutions to enable simplification, standardization, transformation and adherence to Data Privacy, Third Party Risk Management, Internal Controls, Software Asset Management and Data Protection capabilities to ensure Compliance and prevent exfiltration of data. Neetesh has 18+ years of diverse experience primarily focusing on risk management, compliance, and audit functions. He is a Chartered Accountant and also holds a Bachelor of Law (Ll.B) degree.

Neetesh joined AB InBev GCC in 2018 as a lead of Internal Controls leveraging technology to standardize processes, automate monitoring, enhance risk management and reporting. He moved to his current role in Sep 2019 and has built a robust compliance framework achieving zero surprise internal and external audits at AB InBev thereby avoiding regulatory and financial exposure.
