David has over 15 years of experience with Eli Lilly and is currently COO for the Kuala Lumpur GBS site. David also has global responsibility for P2P GBS operations with responsibility for teams based in Mexico, Ireland and Malaysia. David has previously held leadership roles within the GBS organisation in Ireland as Lilly established its GBS capability, and as the site expanded its areas of focus beyond traditional finance into more customer facing operations. Lilly’s Malaysia GBS was established in 2011 and currently employs over 130 people supporting the Asia Pacific region.
