With more than 15 years of experience, Gaurav is leading the development of Automation CoE for the Group under the Global Transformation and Solutions setup, to drive efficiency which includes Enterprise wide programs based on Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), NLP, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Process Mining, Process Simplification & other emerging/cutting edge technologies to drive Value. He has earlier worked for organisations like Coca-Cola & Lowes and has experience in setting SSCs since inception. His team has won several awards in various industry forums including SSON, Nasscom etc.
