Rachael has been leading bank-wide transformations in DBS for 9 years whereby DBS has recently won the World’s Best Bank and Worlds Best Digital Bank.  She is currently the Head of Data Management.  Prior to this role Rachael established the bank’s Customer Experience Program and before that DBS’s IT Shared Service unit bringing in customer thinking, Agile, DevOps and test automation capabilities.  Before DBS Rachael held senior leadership positions in strategy & governance, data, software development in the Financial Industry.  Rachael holds a Masters in Technology.  Rachael was the keynote speaker at the SSON 2016 talking about the IT Shared Services unit’s digital journey.
