Christina Giese is the Vice President of Human Resources for Capital Technologies, Inc. (Houston, TX).  She has over 18 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources including HR process and policy development and implementation, benefits design and management, compliance, employee relations, performance management, HR strategy development, recruitment, compensation and payroll.

As an HR professional, Christina has worked with large and small organizations in various stages of their business cycles.  Her industry expertise includes retail, banking/financial services, consumer-packaged goods, oil and gas, and life sciences.  Prior to joining Capital Technologies, Inc., Christina held HR leadership positions with Stage Stores Inc., Bank of America, and Invesco.

Christina earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Texas Tech University.  She holds certifications as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Retirement Plans Associate (RPA), Group Benefits Associate (GBA), and Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) from the Wharton School.  She is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Network of Executive Women.
