Leslie Peeler leads Americas BPO for IBM where she is responsible for creating innovative solutions and delivering value for IBM clients across all BPO solutions in Talent, Finance, Customer, and Industry Transformation. In her role, Leslie focuses on connecting IBM capabilities to help clients achieve their transformation objectives, and ensuring ongoing delivery excellence in IBM’s 30 global delivery centers. She is currently leading IBM’s efforts to leverage watsonx and generative AI to change the way Business Operations are performed.

She has held senior level roles in IBM from leading and integrating global acquisitions, to delivering large scale complex programs, and creating transformative solutions in banking and financial markets. Prior to joining IBM, Leslie held leadership roles at Fannie Mae where she was responsible for the performance of its $3 trillion active loan portfolio, and GMAC Financial Services where she had responsibilities spanning capital markets, structured finance, portfolio management, and analytics. She is passionate about learning, developing future industry leaders, and applying innovation in ways that deliver differentiated outcomes.

Leslie holds a Masters degree in Public Administration and Policy from American University and B.A., Economics from George Mason University.
